let me transform your audience

Nowadays it’s impossible not to feel emotional overwhelm due to the fast paced environment around us. According to Gallup, a large polling company that surveyed people in 116 countries, they found that currently people have been more stressed, sad, angry and worried than they had been in the past 15 years.

Enter me, a keynote speaker on a mission to help audiences harness the power of art to improve their emotional wellbeing. I have served as president of the American Art Therapy Association, and am an adjunct professor at multiple schools, including Loyola Marymount University, California Institute of Integral Studies and Metafora Art Therapy School. I have local and international speaking experience sharing in Educational, Hospital and Wellness stages how practicing art making as a Mindfulness practice can help reduce emotional burden and improve emotional resilience instead.

My keynote benefits

After my presentation, your audience will learn how to use art as an active meditation practice, discover how they can use creativity to improve their mental health and lose their fear of art making!

My keynote is perfect for audiences looking to improve their overall wellbeing, find emotional coping skills that are easy to use and grow their creative and resilient capacity!
